We’re really happy with our Winsol pergola; it’s definitely a high-end item with some great features. The OSC crew was fantastic during the whole experience, even making two site visits when we asked. It was delivered and set up just like they said, and we haven’t had any problems so far.

Had a wonderful experience with OSC. The initial chats were super friendly, and they offered tons of advice. The quotes were reasonable, and the surveyor was both friendly and well-informed. They took the time to explain the lead times and the manufacturing process.

The installation was handled by two professional engineers who were also really nice. Plus, OSC followed up to make sure everything went smoothly.

From the first interaction to the finish of our Pod project, I worked with skilled, professional, and understanding staff at OSC who provided a fantastic garden room right on schedule and within budget. I'm not sure who sets the tone for their service, but they've nailed it. I mean it when I say they are trustworthy.

From the initial quote to the survey and final setup, every person I interacted with was both friendly and professional. You receive a rough estimate online, and there are no aggressive sales tactics. All my questions were addressed during the survey. The team that installed the glass room got right to work and wrapped it up in just four days. The quality of both the product and the installation is excellent. I had a small issue with water leaking from a screw hole, but they fixed it the same day I reached out.

Wayne came by today to do some repair work on our Pod. He knew his stuff, worked quickly, and took care of everything that needed fixing. He also looked for any other potential problems and shifted furniture around as necessary. Super nice guy and really courteous.

I ran into an issue with the lock on my glass house, and I owe a big thanks to Wayne for sorting it out. Being in Scotland, he made sure the part was delivered in just two days and even sent me a text with instructions on how to install the new piece. I was really impressed!
